    Rensberry Piano Service has served customers throughout the St. Louis region and Southwestern Illinois for more than 30 years. If you are looking for a new tuner in your area, or having difficulty finding one, please give us a call. 

    The map shows our general service area, with approximately 95 percent of our customers residing within the areas outlined by the blue and yellow line. Some areas do involve a limited charge for mileage.

    Our service area includes many Missouri communities as well as the Illinois communities of Alton, Godfrey, Jerseyville, Litchfield, Hillsboro, Pana, Mattoon, Effingham, Vandalia, Salem, Mt. Vernon, Centralia, Carlyle, Nashville, Sparta, Pinckneyville, Marissa, New Athens, Belleville, O'Fallon (Ill.), Fairview Heights, Collinsville, Troy, Highland, Marine, St. Jacob, Breese, and many others in rural and Southern Illinois. 

    We will have new rates beginning in January, 2022, but intend to continue to provide an affordable piano repair service for all of our customers.

Handcrafted Piano Key Racks

 

 

 

    Pictured are some of the handcrafted piano key racks that we have made for customers. We can use parts from either a family piano that is no longer played or repairable -- to preserve the memory of a favorite instrument, or genuine piano parts of our own that we have in stock. Until Dec. 1, 2021, racks are available for only $19.99 ea. plus tax and shipping.     If you are looking for a good  quality piano for a great price, we'd like to recommend our friends at Miller Music, in Swansea, Illinois. 

    They are located at 4510 N. Illinois St., Ste. 3, Swansea, and always have a nice selection to choose from. Any piano that gets sold includes one free tuning afterwards, from Rensberry Piano Service!

Lowrey Studio-size Piano

Lowrey Piano Needs a Home

    The owners of this beautiful Lowrey studio piano, crafted with a pecan finish and wood, are looking for a good home for their instrument. They live in the Salem, Illinois area. 

    Rensberry Piano can deliver the piano for a fee of approximately $300 within our service area. Tuning is $75. It has had only one owner. If you are interested, please give us a call or send an email to srensberry@rensberrypiano.com

 

Paying for Service

Multiple Payment Options Available

    Rensberry Piano Service is now able to process payments for service using all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as through PayPal or Venmo. Payment using QR codes is also an option for customers who have either the PayPal or Venmo app installed. Payment by check or cash is the most common method, and is always welcome.

    If you wish to arrange for repair or tuning services as a gift, you can pay ahead of time simply by calling us at 618-654-1585, and by providing a name and email address. You will receive a secure link with options to pay by credit, debit, PayPal or Venmo.

    Gift certificates are also available, and can be purchased on request either by phone (618-654-1585) or by email (srensberry@rensberrypiano.com). You can request to have a signed certificate sent by email or standard mail.
